1. The site is information, not advice
The pages and articles on this site explain how UAE and US tax and audit rules work in general. They are not advice on your situation, and you should not act on them without asking. Every business is different, and a rule that applies to most companies may not apply to yours.
2. No engagement until a letter is signed
Sending the contact form, a WhatsApp message or an email does not make you a client and does not make us your auditor or Tax Agent. An engagement exists only when an engagement letter setting out the scope and the fee has been signed by you and by the firm. Until then, nothing sent to us creates a duty on either side.
3. Figures are checked at the date shown, and law changes
Thresholds, penalties, deadlines and rates on this site were checked against the published decision or law when the site was last reviewed, on 6 September 2026. Tax law in the UAE and the United States changes, sometimes with little notice. Before you rely on a figure, check the date on the page or ask us to confirm it.
4. Governing law
These terms and your use of the site are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
