Company setup
Company setup in the UAE, then the first year's tax and books, by one firm.
ANCPA Auditing L.L.C is an authorized RAKEZ business partner for company formation. This is a formation partnership, not an auditor approval.
The setup
The license follows the business plan, not the other way round.
We start from the business plan: what the company will do, where its customers are and how many people it needs. The license type and the activity are chosen from that, and the free zone and mainland options are set side by side before anything is filed.
What we do at setup
- Choose the license type and the activity from the business plan
- Set the company up in a RAKEZ free zone or on the Dubai mainland
- Prepare the documents for the application and check them before they are filed
- Plan the visa quota from the number of people the business plan needs
- Introduce the company to a bank for its account
The account is the bank's decision. The introduction is ours.
The first year
Then the first-year package, run by the same firm.
Three filings run on their own clocks once the company is formed. The package puts them in the diary at setup and files each one on time. It is optional.
Monthly bookkeeping and payroll from the first month, so the books start with the first bank transaction.
The first audit, where the licensing authority requires one. If we also keep the books, the audit is done by a separate team under a separate engagement letter where the independence rules allow it, or by another firm we hand a clean file to. We tell you which before the year starts.

Why an audit firm
A company that starts with its registrations, books and audit trail already in place.
Forming the company is the first step, not the last. Its tax registrations, its books and the records an auditor will ask for all begin on the day it is formed. When the firm that sets the company up is the firm that will file for it, each of them starts on time and in order, and nothing has to be rebuilt at the first year end.
Fees
One fixed fee for our work, agreed before we start.
A fixed fee, quoted within one business day of seeing your business plan, before any work starts. RAKEZ's own fees are paid to RAKEZ and never marked up.
Questions
What owners ask us before they set up.
- 01
Free zone or mainland?
It depends on where your customers are and what the company will do. We set the options side by side from your business plan, a RAKEZ free zone company against a Dubai mainland company, before you choose.
- 02
What has to happen after the license is issued?
Corporate tax registration within three months of incorporation. The beneficial owner details filed within 60 days of licensing, and updated within 15 days of any change. VAT registration once taxable supplies pass AED 375,000 in the last 12 months, or are expected to in the next 30 days. And a bank account for the company.
- 03
Do we have to keep using your firm for the accounts?
No. The first-year package is optional, and if you move to another firm, the books and the registrations are handed over.
- 04
What if the corporate tax registration is late?
The penalty is AED 10,000, under Cabinet Decision 75 of 2023 as amended by Cabinet Decision 10 of 2024. The FTA's public clarification CTP006 waives it if the first corporate tax return is filed within seven months of the end of the first tax period. In the first-year package, the registration is filed inside the three months.
