Fees

Audit and accounting fees in Dubai: one price, agreed before we start.

We do not publish a price list. We read what you send, then put one fixed fee in writing within one business day. The figure holds unless the work changes, and then we quote the change first.

How we quote

Three steps to a figure that holds.

STEP 01

Send us what you have.

Your trade license, last year's accounts or return if there is one, and a sentence on what you need.

STEP 02

Someone who will do the work reads it.

How many entities, how many transactions, whether the books are clean, how close the deadline is.

STEP 03

A fixed fee in writing, within one business day.

One figure for the engagement, the date we will deliver by, and exactly what is in it. Nothing starts until you have said yes.

What a fixed quote is

One figure for one engagement.

A fixed quote is one price for one piece of work: one audit, one corporate tax return, one year of bookkeeping, one set of US forms. It is not an estimate and not an hourly rate. It is the figure on the engagement letter, and it is the figure on the invoice.

We do not price by the hour, because an hourly bill rewards slow work and punishes you for asking questions. A fixed fee puts the risk of a slow job on us, where it belongs.

If the scope changes part way through, a second entity turns up in the records or the books need rebuilding before the audit can start, we stop and quote the change before doing it. You never learn about extra work from an invoice.

What changes the figure

Five things we can see in what you send.

  • EntitiesOne company or several. A group, a branch or a US LLC alongside the UAE company each add a set of accounts and a return.
  • TransactionsHow many bank and sales lines there are in a year. More lines, more reading and more testing.
  • First-time auditsA first audit has no prior year to rely on, so the opening balances are tested from scratch. It takes longer than the second year, and the quote says so.
  • RebuildsBooks that are missing or wrong are rebuilt first, and quoted as their own line, never hidden in the audit fee or the return.
  • Year endHow close the deadline is when you come to us. A December year end sent in August is a different job from one sent in February.

Included

What the fee covers.

  • Reading everything you send, before we quote.
  • The engagement letter, so the scope and the fee are in writing.
  • The work itself: the audit report, the filed return, or the month's books.
  • A plain-English note on what is due next and when.
  • Questions on that engagement by WhatsApp, phone or email, during office hours.
  • A reply to the authority if it asks a question about what we filed.

Not included

What is quoted separately.

  • Rebuilding books that are missing or wrong. Quoted as its own line before the audit or the return starts.
  • Government fees, penalties and the authority's own charges. Paid to the authority, never marked up.
  • A second entity, a second year, or a second person's return. Each is its own engagement with its own fee.
  • A voluntary disclosure, an FTA audit response or a penalty appeal, unless it is the reason you came to us.
  • Software subscriptions for Zoho Books, QuickBooks or Odoo. You hold the license, so the data stays yours.

Questions on fees

Five things people ask before they send anything.

  • 01

Why is there no price list on the site?

Because two companies with the same license can be very different jobs. One has 200 bank lines a year, the other 20,000. A list would be wrong for most of the people reading it. We would rather read your file and give you one figure that holds, within one business day.

  • 02

Do you charge by the hour?

No. Every engagement is a fixed fee agreed in writing before the work starts. If the scope changes, for example a second entity turns up in the records, we quote the change before doing it.

  • 03

What do I need to send to get a quote?

Your trade license, last year's accounts or return if there is one, and a sentence on what you need. We reply with a price and a date within one business day.

  • 04

    When do I pay?

The payment terms are set out in the engagement letter for each piece of work. Nothing is filed or signed until the letter is signed by both sides.

  • 05

Is VAT added to your fees?

The quote states whether the fee is before or after 5% VAT, so the figure you agree to is the figure you pay.
