Ashraf Noureldin spent 25 years in audit and tax before he founded ANCPA Auditing L.L.C in Dubai in 2023. The career began in Egypt and continued in the United States and the UAE. He has led audit engagements and corporate tax work for companies in Dubai and across the UAE, from new companies to established ones.
The Federal Tax Authority first listed him in its register of tax agents in 2018, the year VAT started in the UAE. The California Board of Accountancy issued his CPA license, number 147070, on 18 June 2021. The firm followed in 2023: licensed in Dubai on 8 August 2023, and entered on the Ministry of Economy and Tourism auditors' register on 30 August 2023.
Today he signs the firm's audit reports and the UAE returns it files as a registered Tax Agent. Every UAE engagement is quoted, read and signed at partner level, and the US returns prepared and signed by the firm's associates in Dallas and Laguna Hills are reviewed in Dubai before they go. He is also a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional.
