Services
Every UAE service, in one place.
Audit, tax, accounting and advisory. Each has its own page.
External audit
Audited financial statements under IFRS, for license renewal, corporate tax, banks and investors. We audit mainland companies and companies in IFZA and JAFZA. For any other free zone we check on the first call whether the zone accepts us. Ministerial Decision 84 of 2025 sets who must audit.
AuditCorporate tax
Registration, the annual return, small business relief, qualifying free zone status, transfer pricing disclosure. A return is due nine months after the year ends, so a December year end files by 30 September.
Corporate taxTransfer pricing
The arm's length rule for every related party deal, the disclosures that go in with the corporate tax return, and the local file and master file where the thresholds require them.
Transfer pricingVAT and excise tax
VAT registration once you pass AED 375,000, quarterly returns, refunds, and voluntary disclosures when something was filed wrong. Excise tax registration and monthly returns for anyone importing, making or holding excise goods.
VAT and exciseBookkeeping and CFO support
Monthly books in Zoho or QuickBooks, payroll, management accounts, and a CFO on call. Kept audit-ready all year, so the audit starts from a clean file.
BookkeepingPayroll and WPS
The monthly salary file for the Wage Protection System, ready before wages fall due on the 1st, with payslips, end-of-service gratuity and leave accrued every month, and pension contributions for UAE nationals.
Payroll and WPSAdvisory
Feasibility studies for a bank, a free zone or an investor. Financial due diligence and valuation for a buyer or a partner's exit. AML compliance for designated businesses under Federal Decree-Law 10 of 2025.
AdvisoryCompany setup
Company formation as a RAKEZ Authorized Service Partner, in a free zone or on the mainland, with the corporate tax registration, the beneficial owner filing and the first year's books already in the plan. A formation partnership, not an auditor approval.
Company setupLiquidation audit
Closing a UAE company stops at one document. We prepare the liquidation financial statements and the liquidator’s report, and we say at the start whether the licensing authority will accept ours.
Liquidation auditTax Residency Certificate
The certificate that lets you use a double tax treaty. Three ways to qualify as a UAE tax resident, and only one of them counts days to 183.
Tax Residency CertificateNet worth and turnover certificates
Net worth, turnover and capital verification certificates, and agreed-upon procedures. A certificate is not a small audit and it carries no opinion, which is exactly why it has to be signed by someone registered.
Net worth and turnover certificatesFTA penalties
A notice has arrived, or you found the error first. Voluntary disclosure, reconsideration and the weeks in between, handled by a registered Tax Agent who can be linked to your account.
