GHG verification
GHG verification in the UAE, through an accredited partner.
When a bank, a buyer or a public report needs your greenhouse gas figures checked independently, the check is a verification under ISO 14064-3 by an accredited body. We compiled the figures, so we are never the verifier: an accredited partner checks and signs. We get you ready and deal with them for you.
When is a verifier needed?
What the rules say, in five lines.
Sources: Federal Decree-Law 11 of 2024, Article 6; DoH Emerald Sustainability guidelines, Version 3, March 2026; EIAC rules for verification bodies, under Dubai Regulation 2 of 2010.
- UAE climate law: the Ministry or local authority checks.
- Emerald KPIs: the DoH guidelines require none.
- Banks and buyers: often ask for an independent one.
- In Dubai: EIAC accreditation and a permit.
- Foreign verifiers: need EIAC approval first.
Before the proposal
Five questions the verifier asks. We answer them with you.
- Purpose: internal, regulator or public.
- Assurance: limited or reasonable.
- Scope: 1 and 2, or 1 to 3.
- Subject: the inventory, the KPIs, or both.
- Timeline: deadline and finish date.
Who does what
We prepare and answer. The partner checks and signs.
Us: the evidence file, the partner's questions answered with the documents, any correction made, and the submission entered with you.
The accredited partner: the verification and the signed statement, under its own name, with its own fee quoted in writing before work starts.
How we work
Online, secure, and handed over when you are ready.
- Online by default: video calls and email.
- Secure upload: an encrypted folder, never attachments.
- Site visits: on request, charged by the hour.
- Handover: we train your team, quoted separately.
