- Hazem is a Tax Partner and the head of Tax of CPA Auditing LLC, with more than 30 years of experience in the Egyptian market & the GCC region.
- Prior to join CPA Auditing LLC, he is the Founder and Managing Partner of Integrated Accounting Solutions (IAS) and other multinational professional firms (such as Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young).
- He has provided direct and indirect tax services to the local businesses as well as foreign joint ventures operating in Egypt and across the GCC region as well.
- He has advised both local and multi-national clients (including trading, manufacturing, construction, petroleum, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, banking, US AID, hospitality, Service and Utilities Companies) on their statutory obligations, relevant legislation (including the labor, social insurance and customs laws) and customs laws) and
